Introduction
As the UI/UX Lead Designer at Day Out With The Kids, I played a central role in the design and development of the Connect Platform — a digital hub created to better serve our network of attraction partners. The platform was designed to simplify how partners manage their listings, performance data, and promotional opportunities, providing them with greater control and visibility.
Outcome
The goal was to create a user-friendly, scalable system that made complex data and functionality accessible to a wide range of users, from large attractions to independent venues. By combining clear interface design with data-driven thinking, we delivered a platform that not only met business needs but also significantly improved the partner experience. The result is a tool that enhances collaboration, streamlines content management, and supports growth for both our partners and the wider business.
