Introduction

The goal was to design a seamless, engaging journey that helped users discover and shop products with ease. From identifying pain points in the existing experience to developing a refined interface, the focus remained on improving usability and encouraging exploration through a visually-led, intuitive design.

The Challenge

The existing experience presented several usability challenges that hindered product discovery and conversion. Key issues included unclear navigation, inconsistent visual hierarchy, and a lack of meaningful product information early in the journey. Users had to scroll excessively to access key actions or understand what set the brand apart. These gaps created friction for users, especially first-time visitors, resulting in a journey that lacked both clarity and momentum.
