Introduction
As the sole designer on this Shopify project at ESC, I created core templates across the customer journey, from the homepage and varied product pages to the cart and account areas. Each layout was crafted to capture the brand’s energy while conveying the scale of the business, despite it being a newly launched startup within the VW Group.
The Challenge
One of the key challenges of this project was the tight timeframe, paired with the need to navigate input from multiple senior stakeholders across both Elli and the wider VW Group. Balancing differing priorities while maintaining momentum required a focused, agile approach, ensuring design decisions were made quickly without compromising on quality or clarity.
